Privacy Policy
This policy explains how MPRIVE MPR REALTY LLC ("MPRIVĒ", "we"), 701 Concord Tower, Media City, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, handles the personal data you share with us through www.mprive.com. We process personal data in line with the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.
What we collect
- Enquiries and viewing requests: your name, email address, phone number, message, the property you asked about and, for a viewing, the date and time you chose.
- Property listing requests: your contact details and the details of the property you want us to sell or let.
- Job applications: your contact details, your CV and anything else you choose to send with it.
- Technical data: your IP address, country, the page you sent a form from and the campaign that brought you to the site (for example an advertisement link).
- Usage data: the pages you visit and how you use them, collected through the analytics and advertising tools listed below.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry, arrange viewings and advise you on buying, selling or renting property.
- To assess job applications.
- To understand which pages and campaigns work, and to improve the site and our advertising.
- To meet our legal and regulatory obligations as a real estate brokerage in Dubai.
We use your data because you asked us to act on your enquiry or application, because we have a legitimate interest in running and improving our business, or because the law requires it. We do not sell your personal data.
Who processes it for us
- Hostinger: hosts the website and its database.
- Microsoft 365: delivers and stores our email.
- Google: Tag Manager, Analytics and Ads measure visits and advertising, and Maps shows our office on the contact page.
- Contentsquare: analyses how visitors use the pages.
- WhatsApp (Meta): only when you choose to message us on WhatsApp.
These providers may process data outside the UAE. They act on our instructions and under their own security and data protection commitments.
Cookies
The site uses cookies that it needs to work, such as the session and form security cookies, and cookies set by the analytics and advertising tools above. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site still works without the analytics and advertising cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and client records for as long as we advise you and afterwards for as long as UAE law requires us to keep brokerage records. Job applications are kept for up to 12 months, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it, including for marketing. Write to office@mprive.com and we will reply within 30 days.
